The Disability Resource Centre has managed, and been involved in, a number of Projects sponsored by various government departments such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Development.
Our project management experience has also involved us in partnerships with research institutions such as the University of Auckland, the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and the Centre for Research, Evaluation and Social Assessment (CRESA).

Participation
The Disability Resource Centre uses various methods for obtaining information and feedback from a given population group such as feedback forums, focus groups and the use of questionnaires/surveys.
The Disability Resource Centre aims to ensure methods of communication meet the needs of the wider community, by engaging with Sign Language interpreters, providing information in alternative formats such as Braille, large print and consultation with key Maori and Pacific Island services.
